James started 1st grade today! I can’t believe how fast the summer has gone. Lisa and I dropped him off in his class today and it felt just like yesterday that we were dropping him off for kindergarten. Our boy is growing up so quickly! James outside his new classroom. Lisa with James [...] Happy 6th Birthday James!! James turned 6 last Wednesday and spent the afternoon with his friends at “The Jungle.” He didn’t want a birthday party at home with a jumper like previous years. He’s starting to have preferences! Oh no… Here he is with Lisa and his some of his class mates. Picture uploads [...] James had spring break last week. On Tuesday, he and Ryan got a chance to hang out at The Jungle for Baker discount day and a lot of his classmates happened to be there too. They had a lot of fun and James wants his birthday party to be there. I can’t believe he’s going [...] James has started T-ball. Here’s his team. I’ll write more about his T-ball experiences soon. We’re in Vegas baby!! This is James’ second trip to Vegas and Ryan’s first. James was only 1 1/2 when we came here with him last time so he doesn’t remember much of it. Come to think of it, we don’t remember very much of it either. We arrived last night around 6:20pm PT. We [...] We forked over another $25+ for James’ T-ball season. The equipment required for this activity are baseball cleats, baseball pants and shirt, cup (yes a cup), baseball glove (which he thankfully got at Christmas), T-ball bat, belt and socks. The league will provide the t-balls and helmet, although I might want him to have his [...] Geez, I really need to update these blogs more often. These are the events I still need to post pictures for. Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas, and our trip to the snow. On our trip to Tahoe last month, we had quite the adventure going up. It was pouring rain on the way to the mountains [...] James started Kindergarten today!! He did very well during drop off. He hung up his backpack outside, found his seat and sat down with all of the other kids. He also filled in his information sheet, dropped off the school supplies and got his picture taken.
